The Angstrom WLFT-10S AND 10D
The WLFT-10S/10D fit in standard 2" x 4" walls. They fasten directly to 16" on-centre wall studs so they will not work themselves loose from the drywall. They do not require any special cabinet or bracing, they are entirely retrofit-able.
These LFTs were designed to be installed in standard 2" x 4" or 2" x 6" walls with 1/2" or 5/8” drywall without any need for reinforcement or blocking. The WLFT-10S is a sin-gle channel model, one may be driven directly by an amplified Mono low pass signal or two separate units may be driven by amplified Stereo low pass signals.
One or two WLFT-10Ss may be fitted with our modular ANG-MPX passive Mono crossovers for high level single channel IN with single channel low & high pass OUT for use with a satellite loudspeaker’s).
The WLFT-10D is a dual channel, dual voice coil model. This model may be driven directly by amplified Stereo low pass signals or be fitted with two modular ANG-MPX crossovers for Stereo LFT (Sub) / Satellite systems.
The ANG-MPX modular passive crossover has high level mono IN, mono high & mono low pass OUT.
These passive LFTs are for people who want an In-Wall ‘Subwoofer’ that is a near equal to the sound quality of the best cabinet type Subwoofers, but do not want the in-convenience or unsightly situation of fitting a loudspeaker cabinet into their living room.
